I take empty paper towel tubes and cut them in half lengthwise. I then place my rolls of cling-wrapped dough in them, refrigerate, and they stay pretty nicely rounded for me.

Thank you for more cardamom recipes! I am adding these to my list...I LOVE cardamom and I think slice and bake are so great to make in advance because they freeze so well. I also use the empty tube but still have a flat side when I cut them so I'm going to try a square shape next time. I also LOVE your channel because you take the time to explain the steps which I really appreciate.
