I'm a long-term holder. I sell near all-time highs, move to a stable, then buy back in the bear market bottoms. It's not difficult. You just have to have strong hands.

All layer 2 solutions on the BTC network, such as lightning are approved by the consensus of the community. No deals were made with Charles or Edan or anyone else outside established bitcoin rules. Don't get scammed.

it alows ppl who hold BTC to use adas smart contracts on btc network with native asset. that means you can from btc wallet to do any smart contract that is on cardano if you have the correct bridge. also no other crypto is capable of confirming smart contracts on BTC network. that gives BTC maxis safety and ability to use landing borowing on ada making it NON taxable event for example so if you hold BTC for long time and borow ada on cardano you dont pay any taxes :D. many other use cases exist but i am not smart enough to explain the rest.
