Ours goes up but won't eject? Any way to fix?

Yes if it is a Bramidan. Open the bottom door. See the white wheel Left above the platen)? Grab it and pull it forward hard, then push it back hard - do this a few times. You are trying to clear a mechanism that is blocked by cardboard. Try the eject process again.

That is a Bale Hook -- should come included with your baler.

Nobody can explain how to change it without the light’s having to turn orange?

The lights must be orange to eject. You can create a short bale, however. Call tech service to learn how to do that.

The worst bailer I’ve ever used. That pre -wiring is a pain in the ass. I wouldn’t recommend it .

Hi there -- depending on your waste volume, we recommend using an auto-tie horizontal baler. This avoids having to pre-wire your bales, and you can customize bale weight, length, and so on.
