When i try to make your helmets, it always looks so clumsy because the cardboard i use is pretty thick so they are not flexible. What should i do? All of my cardboards are thick as hell.

Ever consider doing resin casts of these? You use silicone and make a mold and then just pour silicone in it. Super cool process and you can crank out helmets within a few minutes
