Though it probably wouldn't have made a huge difference, in Game 1, Enigmatic Assassins skill wasn't allowed to go off, it is a darkness skill, and because no cards were put to soul that turn, Enigmatic Assassin wasn't allowed to go out of the soul, but like I said, probably wouldn't have made much of a difference, otherwise, great match! It is nice to see some stuff that isn't part of the all powerful meta once in a while!

You're right. Although he technically could've used the Scharhrot on-stride skill to soulcharge instead of the using it for the g2. Anyways, glad you liked it!

Yes! The nightrose deck was featured in the recent banter video! Which wednesday it'll be released isn't confirmed yet though.

Haha, I know it was featured, it won against GN. I just didn't want to assume that the profile was going to happen since you guys mentioned school being the priority and all. Thanks for the answer though, now I know for sure. Keep up the good work you guys! (Also, never stop having Melee in the background, that and CFV are my two favorite things to play with friends!)

Game 1 AqF player misplayed should have strode Commander Thavas then Orthia in front RG circle and Melania behind her. Use Commander skill on Melania then whiff attack with Orthia. Attack with VG force out the guard give all the effects to Melania then when she attacks VG from back row she gains another +5k and draws a card making her 22k with a crit (+5k from crit trigger +5k from Thavas skill and xan attack from backrow +5k from her own effect). If I recall he didn't have the the cards in hand to both guard the attack and stride the following turn so you probably would have won.

Game 1? If you're talking about when Tidal bore was strode, the Dark Irregular was at 3, and could afford taking the vanguard and/or rearguards. There was also no crit hit during the drive check. Maybe you were talking about a different game?

you can't stride if your opponent is still in grade 2 at his vanguard

if you check that grade 4 unit ability you will understand

Yeah, Sebreeze makes it so that, if the opponent didn't ride last turn and he's at grade 2, you can cb2, discard a card, and stride him.
