Correct me if i'm wrong, is this deck the current top tier 1 Meta deck? Because I saw some sources and it said Harri is tier -1

I'm probably building it wrong, but I have more success with silver thorns, than Harri. I think it's because of the Magia keyword that hurts it since you can only call certain cards with with it.

Its main problem is its costly and its lack of management is decking out. That is to say silver thorn is easier to manage.
