Misaki's original VA decided to not return to pursue other projects (the same thing happened with Morikawa's original VA). Misaki's new VA has been consistent since the reboot started and the Voice Director hasn't changed either. I honestly think something might have happened to the actual recording of Misaki's voice in this episode, as it sort of has an unintentional echo or distortion.
