Only God can give us wisdom, ang mga mangangaral ay instrumento lamang pero paano kung ang isang tao ay hindi tunay na mangangaral. Ang nakikinig sa kanya ay namamangha sa kanya. Pero kung ang isang tao ay tunay na mangangaral ng Diyos.Ang taong nakikinig ay pupuri sa Diyos at hindi sa mangangaral.

Nasad naman ako with the realization that some videos although with nonsense contents got millions of view while Cardinal Tagle's homily only got 300 plus views. The worst thing is meron pang nag dislike. Ang homiliya ay kakapulutan natin ng aral na magagamit natin sa ating araw-araw na pamumuhay bilang mga Kristiyano Catolico. Nawa'y isapuso natin ito at isabuhay. Gawin nating buhay ang Diyos sa ating buhay. Happy Easter sa ating lahat!

Ang pagbabago ng isang tao, kailan may hindi magagawa ng isang tao dahil Diyos lang ang makapagbabago sa kanya sa pamamagitan ng kanyang salita,sa pamamagitan ng kanyang anak na si Jesus sa kapangyarihan ng Espiritu Santo.

@meek mok Your totally wrong because I am a also a Roman Catholic. What I hate is that what they have done wrong. You have no idea of being in the fight against unrighteousness or wickedness inside the church. Would I become your enemy for telling you the truth? I did not hate anybody or any religion. I was only exposing their evil deeds in all kinds of religion inside or outside Christianity. If you go to other religion, you will find me there preaching the Gospel of Christ not my religion.

Strong Believer of the Holy Bible I’ll kindly reply: St. Paul writes in his epistles and letters that they are to keep the gospel he preached and the things that were written. He specifically uses the word tradition. The apostles had the full deposit of faith and they handed it down to the people to be saved. That’s the Tradition we are talking about. That’s not the tradition of men it’s the tradition of Christ. The one Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church is the only church that Christ established while he was on earth with the 12 apostles as the first bishops. They were ordained by Christ himself to that position and they ordained the next bishops and priests. Read St. Ignatius of Antioch’s letters. He specifically calls Christ’s church the Catholic Church. The Catholic Church AND NO ONE ELSE canonically approved the Bible and put it together from what was written (all this being done in infallible ecumenical councils). Protestants accept that the Bible is true and takes that Catholic Church’s word for it but then they deny Christ’s spouse by saying it’s not the correct church? Martin Luther and Henry VIII were not holy men. Martin Luther was an anti semitic priest who encouraged sin. Unfortunately he also changed the Bible and took out books because it didn’t work with what he thought was the correct theology, not trusting in the deposit of truth handed to him (all of this can be proven, it’s not just blind trust). The Bible doesn’t say Bible alone, the early Christians didn’t have a Bible, they had the bishops and priests preaching to them,baptizing, hearing confessions, and receiving holy communion, etc. Please don’t take this the wrong way. I do not wish to give you the impression that I hate you or that I have a harsh tone (although it may seem like it) but I just want to encourage you to look into the history of the church. Peter says one of his epistles “Understanding this first: That no prophecy of scripture is made by private interpretation. For prophecy came not by the will of man at any time: but the holy men of God spoke, inspired by the Holy Ghost.” 2 Peter 1:20-21. This is where he explains that the right and ability to interpret is reserved to the church who is inspired by the Holy Ghost in defining doctrine and Dogma in ecumenical councils according to Christ’s promises about his Church. Not to private interpretation. It’s very evident that private interpretation causes confusion and dissension (just the number of sects alone can show this). This is a very important issue and I realize that it’s a personal topic as well. Please pray, learn, and be truly open to what the truth reveals and what God reveals (Himself being the Truth). I’m not commenting on this homily, but I’ll just let you know that there is a lot of trouble today and many bad homilies. I’m not making excuses. The bishops and cardinals and even the popes can say things that are incorrect, they are not impeccable, but Christ promised infallibility under certain conditions of solemn definitions (dogma) and teachings that are universally held and taught, and doctrine defined when promulgated by the pope and bishops together in virtue of there office. Now I’m not confident about the 100% specificity of everything I’ve said (in terms of the specific bounds of infallibility) but it’s there from the apostles. I encourage you to look into it and research it. The Church defends the deposit of faith handed down (Tradition) from the apostles, not necessarily the pastors (although it’s there grave responsibility as well) and they themselves can err from that responsibility. We must look to what the Church has always taught.
