Thanks for the comment. I think it is partly that the person that filmed this (who I believe is R.A.McMurtrie DSO) has really worked hard to get good compositions in the Cardington shots. They seem very carefully constructed. Not to say the place was not charming anyway...but this seems unusually well captured for amatuer footage IMHO.

I know Cardington! I should do, I was bought up there. Shows Malting Farm as well as my grandfather's farm, Mill Farm, demolished to make way for the Priory Business Park!

@@Bedfordshireman Well, maybe Cardington Village has not changed, but as you know, that was not what was said. England was beautiful then. I would say what went wrong only that sort of talk is censored in 2024...but no doubt a pro-establishment reply will be acceptable though...go for it!

You must have read that and chose to ignore it...and ignore the additional substantive point that ENGLAND has changed. You know it, I know it...with respect, please don't play pretend not to know what was said in order to deviate from this issue.
