Great question Zach! I’m getting back into BJJ myself now that my work schedule has changed. You don’t have to workout after taking it, in fact it’s part of my morning routine. I dry scoop straight out of bed and just go straight into work and somedays I’ll do cardio. You can take it before any most types of training as well, the cardio cuts is very flexible.

So I heard you said that this cardio cuts wouldn’t kick you out from your own intermittent fasting. Is that true? I just need a clarification cuz atm I am doing intermittent fasting around 16-20 hrs and sometime I I just need that extra boost to motivate me to go run. If you can help that would be greatly appreciated and thanks for your video. It really helps us out a lot. 💪🏼

Hey Micheal! Good to hear from you man. It’ depends on alot of factors. I’m going to assume your diet is spot on and we can focus on the training. Can you give me a little more detail of how long you’ve been resistance training, what has or hasn’t been working for you, the push/pull/legs split is that 3 days of training per week or is that 6 days of training per week with rest in between, and also what does your current split look like as far as Excercises, sets, repS, RPE for each set. Sorry if it’s a lot bro, it’ll let me give you a better answer💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💯💯💯💯
