The little cameo at the end melted my (very fast beating) heart ... I have a daughter also born in August 2018 (I remember being pregnant at the same time) and I can only imagine how excited she was to join in with Mom! A good reminder to keep going despite the distractions.

I love your workouts, but I'm sore from yesterday. I'm a landscaper in Oklahoma. 20-25 minutes keeps my muscles strong for everything that I do each day. I do these workouts in the evening and I'm ready to go the next morning. Thanks for doing this each day!

Hello and thank you very much for wonderful exercise. Every time I do with you satisfied even I’m 55 years old and I really would like with the Tamble more if it’s possible for you and today I do and also Sunday with Alaam but as much as well is a really great part of you but if it’s possible more Tamble, I don’t know maybe moremore cardio and power of muscle but you are wonderful. You know your job thank you for give us opportunity to do that because I don’t have enough time to go to sports and also about the saving money. I have a problem, but you are wonderful you think about all the things. I love you your energy your way you give to us and you smiling you laughing and everything. Thank you so much. Short and sweet workout! Tabata is always a good one. I have some backpain today, so I pulled through with modifications. And that is one of the things I love the most about your workouts: I can do it full power or modifications, and it is always a good workout. Thanks Amy!:-))

Perfect at 25mins, makes me work harder because I know it will end soon! Am on holiday doing these bodyweight workouts as I have no equipment with me so also means I don't spend hours working out missing out on holiday fun.

Get ready for heart pumping cardio adding some power! Work in traditional tabata rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, in four minute rounds. High and low impact options.
