I wear a belly burner wrap to extract extra water weight and keep my core tight.
I wear a tight nylon skin to act as a rash guard and keep my body temperature warm, to increase sweating. I also wear a sauna suit to help extract extra water weight. *Be careful to not wear the suit too long or else you can harm your body loosing too much liquid. I layer the last with a fitting nylon shirt that is bright enough to be seen and keep my sauna suit down. I wear a athletic hat or beenie to keep my temperature warm because heat is lost through your scalp and it keeps sweat out my eyes and keeps my headphones from getting sweaty.

thanks, just got my sauna suit. ya a lot of trainers/atheltes are going to disagree with this water loss method and i was one of them but what I learned recently is toxins bind to fat cells which makes the cells expand making people fatter and with sweat u lose toxins, so it does help shrink those unwanted cells. also, I laughed out loud when I saw that shirt at the end; jim florentine was making fun of that exact shirt on his podcast, bravo

Hey Guys, Sorry I suck at replying. I always try to reply when I see a notification and approve the comments. I have been sticking to this and have been seeing results while using Cellucor HD Fatburner. Im not paid by them to say this. But it helps me cut the excess weight. Keep it up. You can also do early morning fasted cardios for about 30 min. This helps. Do you do this to cut weight for a fight or is it a regular exercise you do a few times a week?

Some people have told me that those sweat suits won't actually help at losing body fat, it only helps with water loss. But I use it only during cardio (when I'm on a treadmill or ellyptical machine) for 20 to 30 minutes tops. So it shouldn't do harm if I only use it for cardio. And I have a lot of water weigt to lose, so it's beneficial for me in a way. I think if you use it during your entire workout, it can have dangerous consequences..but for cardio it's kind of good. Do you think the same way Marcus?

Kathleen Faro The sweat suit helps my core temperature, thus stimulating my body and the striations to show more detail. The cardio and diet are helping with the fat burning, mixed with green tea, a fat burner and the sweat suit and belly wrap and you should really start to see some results. You can wear the suit for the 30 min and then wear the belly wrap during the day or during your entire work out.

Hi Marcus, could you write exatcly what are the brand names you are wearing? 1. combat thin layer, I see it is Everlast but what is the name exatcly 2. and the second thin layer (the green one) and also that sauna suit too. Thanks
