Good presentation...but I have 2 questions....have you done c.b.c...or atleast hemoglobin test before thrombolysis??? Why 2 D ECHO not done to ruleout pericardial effusion or m.r...or ischemic vsd????....bkz patient is 80 years old with elevated renal parameters ...I think it’s not good just only by ECG you are diagnosed as inf wall mi...and decided to thrombolysed...than q
