what's really amazing about this guy is that he never stops and there is no video editing! he starts explaining for like 40 minutes without stopping once and it's all clear as sunlight. It's amazing I'm totally speechless and I have learnt from you more than I have in any book I have read thank you so much.

Subahaan-Allah. You're gifted with a great ability to explain things and simplifying it so even the layman will be able to understand it. Really appreciate the awesome educational videos and knowledge you share with the world for free.. May God bless you for the sacrificing of your time and effort you put in to help share the knowledge with the world.. I was recently diagnosed with hypertension and cholesterol as well as insulin resistance with high triglycerides. And your videos really helped and is still helping me better understand what actually is happening. Keep up the good work and videos buddy;) can see you enjoy these subjects.. It shows in your teaching ability. Love the way you explain. Truly is an art on its own to simplify things. I think you might have the ability to actually discover cures for sicknesses or diseases as you understand the actual core fundamentals of the organs and cellular breakdown and their functions... Maybe you could make videos on what medicines or natural foods or activity would cure or prevent or remedy certain illnesses like eg. Cholesterol buildup, hypertension, high triglycerides, heart attacks, strokes,... And maybe a complete diet and lifestyle you would recommend for maintaining the perfect blood, heart, liver, kidney, pancreas, artery, veins, muscle, brain ect... Would be really interesting to hear your advice on these topics. I think your videos would go viral after that. ;) Thanks alot bro for everything. Kind regards Waseem From Cape Town South Africa.

The t.co/GsO1JmyXtf has allowed me to to cut back my blood pressure level (accurately 20-point cut) for 2 weeks only of utilizing it. Even so, you will need to exercise for about THIRTY-FIVE minutes daily. All round, I find myself far healthier ever since my blood pressure is no more than my normal.. .

This is among the best high blood pressure treatment I`ve read t.co/GsO1JmyXtf The guide is created in an simple and a lot less technical phrases, which makes it super easy to go by. Those who are ill-fated to have high blood pressure need to have this book. Prior to, I have my blood pressure at 120/80, thanks to this guideline, I was in a position to lower it. .
