That's adorable. I love your cards! But I don't make Valentine's day cards, because I don't have anyone to send it to. Had a bad experience when I made cards with hearts from friends I gave them to, so I just don't put hearts on my cards anymore.

Nice video and lovely cards, however the powders are referred to as Embossing Glazes by Ranger and Tim Holtz since they are translucent, rather than opaque like traditional embossing powders. Could be confusing to some (see comment by ellen as an example of what many may logically assume). Tim always calls them glazes.

But the glazes are powders, right? I'm kinda confused. It looks like powder in the video. I thought glazes were pasty.

@@junem4102 Distress Glazes are powders. Glaze just means a smooth, shiny look - like how ice looks or how sugar can be used to make a cake glaze. They’re in the Distress ink colors, and are translucent - not clear but not opaque. So they can be used alone like in the cards on this video, or used on top of other colors for interesting effects. Tim Holtz has videos about them.
