Great review but this model of the edge doesn't come with the Air Mount Magnetic mount system

Thanks for explaining the ORV packaging. I thought it was the same as well. One obvious issue I've noticed with Cardo marketing is that they don't offer their specialty units in a duo pack. I would like to see a duo for KTM and Honda kits. Cardo could have made the ORV Edge in a different color as well. The Edge performance is spectacular. It would just be nice to see some different options like color or speaker wire length. If Cardo is trying to expand their target market, then they should expand their selection.

Anyone know how these work in the colder weather-???? would be really good for winter time snowmobiling..

The units are fully waterproof, so taking it out in the snow should be no issue.

Any real difference between the edge and the edge orv? Sounds like its the exact same just a different box?

You've got it. The only difference we know of is that the ORV has the traditional cradle instead of the air mount.

@@stilllearningagainThe air mount is not desired by most for off-road as it’s easier to accidentally knock off and loose. When I’m woods riding my bike I’d rather have a unit that is securely locked in on my helmet.

@@ericvanderford I thought that the air mount had to be pushed forward and a lever depressed to allow the air mount to be removed
