I might say that this is one of my favorite deck to play. It's really unfortunate that it's not viable for competitive scenarios, but I still play it a lot and can't wait til BT17 arrives in Brazil

So sad that this deck can't shine yet. Sakuyamon is one of my fav decks (especially with whole Plug-In concepts). By the way, I think Reload Plug-In Q is also nice to be used. :D

This is the deck im looking forward to get more pieces. Sad to hear its still not great yet. I have been tinkering with it, but Im still in BT15 meta. I haven't tested in a tournament, but I mainly habe tried to go heavy on the DP minus from inheritables, Sakuyamon, and and Plug-In P to try to remove threats on board. Plus its nice that you stop when digivolve effects with it too.

I think this deck should have a special rule that allows it to have 60 cards. Imo, it's the only way it can have normal ratios. However I've managed to build a recipe with more consistency and better ratios. And it's all thanks to the scramble since It lets your recycle the Digimon pieces you need and in some cases it lets you have a level 3 ready to attack even when your field has been erased. I think you're not seeing the potential of that combo, with the new Rika and the biomerge. That's why i think the green plugin is no longer a good option. And you're also missing the mark with the new yellow q plugin. It's even better than jamming since you can attack without fear, you're protected and can even get a recovery... I love this deck and I'm happy you're promoting it, but I think you should consider my advices, it can be more consistent than what you have now

I personally would would cut 2 of the Lv 6's and all of the non plug in options and run 3 of each Rika. This would help play more normal ratios of Digimon Lvs and plug ins and give you room for a shineburst Ace or 2. Yes this would make your top end less flexible but it will be more consistent. Personally I would play more ex-2 Sakuyamons for the recyles and unsuspending.

I think 3 of each rika is simply incorrect you need 4 of them memory tamer one. I don't see how playing 2 of a level 7 that is not searchable in the deck is more consistent Not running trainings or scrambles is also just not a good idea as you need them to help climb the stack quickly

@sebbainbridge-coombs9279 The new Tao lets you play options for 2 less, so it like you're playing extra 4 cost Rikas so there no harm in replasing one 4 cost Rika for a 3 cost Rika. Green plug in is a in archetype, searchable scramble with a draw that you can play for free. With the deck being starved for deck space not playing scrambles makes sense and shineburst as 1 or 2 of is fine option but not mandatory for the deck to run so you can take em or leave em.

@@Kingofknights1401 Yes green plug in isnt a exact carbon copy of scramble, I have eyes. But they both let you digi for basically free and help for next turn, scramble lets you play a 2k for free on start of turn and plug in gives you a draw that can come in clutch in a deck like Sakuyamon that relies on seeing so many key pieces. Yeah green plug in is like a scramble, a bootleg scramble if you will.
