My new favorite deck. I remember when the bt17 lvl 6s were revealed and I hoped this was exactly what the deck would be like, but everyone kept saying it would just be techs for the respective grey/garuru decks. Really glad I was right.

This is a cool build. I was thinking of using bt5 WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon but yeah no this is way better then I thought.

I'm guessing you have to hard play the first wargrey/metalgaru as the both need a lvl5 to digivolve so to get it's effect to play

Alter-B would be satisfying imploding your opponent. Yeah, 5 overflow suck but hey, if they had a memory setter, it doesnt feel that bad to pass turn honestly or they just die straight up.

Hey, I'm new to the game so this may be obvious but how come you don't have any level 5 digimon? Doesn't that mean the Wargreymon BT5 will never trigger it's When Digivolving effect?

We aren’t running any BT5 wargrymons in this deck. You might be mistaking it with the BT-17 Wargreymons which activate on evolution and on play. digimoncardgame.fandom.com/wiki/BT17-015

Hypothetical question….if you where to play tai and Kari tamer and pass turn triggering end of turn effect to draw and play out another tai and Kari. Can you keep triggering the end of turn effect for tai and Kari?

You shouldn't be able to trigger the new one because the triggers happens at the beginning of the end phase.

Nah, because you'll need both Metalgarurumon and Wargreymon to DNA digivolve/Blast DNA Digivolve into the Omnimon in order to get it's full effect. Running Metagarurumon in tribal Wargreymon will make it a brick.
