Thank you so much for reaching out and there are other versions of cards across however, the only other version that I know is slight of hand heavy I'm sure with a bit of research you can find that version and as for the thumbnail, if you look closely, there are two cards that are transparent indicating that they are the ones being moved from pile to pile 😉 and I hope you're learning what to do and not what not to do from my channel I hope to grow as quickly as possible and I have faith that more subs will come in eventually I'll try to keep putting videos out there that you can learn and enjoy thank you my friend. ​@BDoNTheMagician Hey B- DON, How are ya? I Hope all is well. Thanks for letting me know about looking at your GAFF DECKS VIDEO to possibly figuring out that disappearing card to the box trick. I think i did figure out what gimmick card was used. I actually thought It could have been another card, but I realized that would not work. I have a few of those gimmick cards that i got with using queens and kings for tricks like, PARADE OF KINGS, and Queen tricks that i have that are the exact same trick as PARADE OF KINGS, they are named differently. I forget that name at the moment. There is another queen trick that uses those cards, and my mind is not working today. So, u will get my extra gimmick card in one of those tricks, and work on your trick. Thanks man. I started watching that GAFF DECK VIDEO a few nites ago, but I didnt watch much of it because I fell asleep. Ive been wanting to watch it, but never had a chance until last nite, ( Friday nite). Its a great video. I couldnt find the mis- index gaff deck on EBAY. One eBay seller makes those cards. I found a gimmick card deck at Penguin magic that includes different types of gimmick cards, but i can't remember if it has any mis- index cards. Glen

Hey man, great video. This is an excellent trick. I love doing this one. Im not sure if you got my message yesterday, but i mentioned that i was looking frwd to todays video and that I had just recently learned a CARDS ACROSS trick. In fact, i learned this same trick. This is a super amazing trick. I figured you were going to do this routine ( the same one that i recently learned), but i was hoping that you were teaching another type of CARDS ACROSS trick. 😊 Is there a similar trick out there? 😊. I thought this would be a different trick, but with a similar routine, lol. I also thought todays trick was going to show 4 cards that were crossed because there were 4 cards in the picture that you used to advertise this video. Lol. That's why i thought this was a different cards across trick. No biggie, I just wanted to share some thoughts and thank you for showing it. I seem to always learn something new or different when watching a trick that i already know, taught by other magicians. Sometimes a magician is very good or very bad, and I learn about what NOT to do. You should have more subscribers because you teach really great tricks. Im going to watch your GAFF DECK video. Nice video, where to buy cards with double backer?

If you use bicycle playing cards You can buy a deck of double backer cards off Amazon or even eBay. Alternatively, there are a lot of playing cards that come with double backers nowadays

If you are satisfied with stealing just one card from the spectators deck, you old friend the double lift can be used. Moreover: The cards can be inspected afterwards and you leave clean. Just, while the spectator secures his deck, get a pinky break under the top two cards of your deck and take those two as your first card. You can even utilize a turnover pass instead or together, with a double lift to "steal" two cards.

Yes that's one way indeed I know an even better version that is a bit sleight of hand heavy but this one with the two DB's is an easy to do effect that will leave your spectators astonished and as for inspectability it's just a matter of audience management one of the ways I like to get the double backers out of play is to suggest for my next trick I need to remove the two jokers ....
