One more challenge regarding Care home and warehouse. Manual handling. Mind your back always. There are many carers works with back braces. Some carers went through surgeries. Do not lift with your back. If you cant handle, Dont do and ask for assistance.. no matter what other carers force you to lift. Always follow you manual handling training.. This is very important as you may lose your whole life..

സ്വന്തം വീട്ടിൽ അപ്പനേം അമ്മേനേം നോക്കാത്ത ഐറ്റംസ് ഒക്കെ ആണ് അവിടെ "കെയർ" ചെയ്യാൻ പോകുന്നെ.... ഓ അതിനു പൈസ കിട്ടില്ലല്ലോ .....വെറുതെ അവിടെ പോയി അടിമ പണി ചെയ്യുന്നതിലും നല്ലത് നാട്ടിൽ നല്ല ഒരു ജോലി നോക്കുന്നതാ .... പിന്നെ പഠിക്കാൻ പോകുന്ന സമയത്തു മാവിൽ എറിഞ്ഞും , കൊടിപിടിക്കാനും പ്രേമിക്കാനും ഒക്കെ പോയാൽ .... ഇതൊക്കെ തന്നെ ചെയ്യേണ്ട വരും ..... ഒരു പ്രൊഫഷണൽ ആയി വെസ്റ്റേൺ കൺട്രിയിൽ പോയില്ലേൽ ഒരിക്കലും ഒരു അടിമയായി പോകരുത് ....ഒരു പട്ടിയുടെ വില പോലും കാണില്ല ..... പൈസ മാത്രം ആർത്തിയോടെ കൊതിച്ചു പോകുന്നവർ സൂക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ദുഃഖിക്കേണ്ടി വരില്ല ...പിന്നെ ഒള്ള വീടും പറമ്പും പണയം വെച്ച് വിടുന്ന മാതാപിതാക്കൾ അറിയാൻ ... പോയില്ലേൽ പോയില്ല എന്നെ ഉള്ളു .... പക്ഷെ സ്വന്തം മക്കൾ അവിടെ സായിപ്പിന്റെ മാലോം മൂത്രോം കോരൻ ആണോ അവരെ ഇത്രേം കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട് വളർത്തുന്നത് എന്ന് ഒന്ന് ആലോചിക്ക് ....
