Deep, I am having experience of 3 tax season in a kpo, including 2 main season and 1 extensions. And I have now cleared Enrolled agent exam also. My current package (since dec 2022) is 3.3 lakhs. I have got great exposure during these 1.5 years of tax season, including preparation and review of all kind of forms such as 1120, 1120s, 1065, 1040, 1041, 990. Also all foreign compliance forms such as 5472, 5471, fincen 114, 8938 etc. How much salary i should expect now? Can you please guide me on this?

EA is about taxation whereas CIA is all about Internal audit, If you are passionate about tax accounting, becoming an Enrolled Agent may be a good fit. On the other hand, if you have an interest in auditing, internal controls, and risk management, pursuing a career as a Certified Internal Auditor could be more suitable.
