@SilverMuse I am undecided about my major. I know it is biology but there are so many majors out there. For example, I want to work on diseases, ageing, creating synthetic life mostly etc. , but I also want to do things about environment, plant, etc. I am undecided person, so I want my major to be as flexible as possible. And I am perplexed about science and engineering. For example, should I choose genetics or genetic engineering? What is the difference exactly? I am trying to find answers to these questions all day but cannot find. Can you explain, please?

for that you should go for biomedical engineering. Consider majoring in mechanical engineering instead though, because that will make you more employable, not only if you change your mind, but even for the position of a biomedical engineer as long as you have some bio background
