Health should always be the top priority, one of my friend told me that if you want to make health then do it in your 20s , because when you get a good health in 20s it will be there till you get old, but if you think that you can make it later then you're in elusion.

Being healthy is a lifestyle. The matter is not what to choose between being healthy and career. Both can go hand in hand. People become unhealthy because of poor choices they make on every day basis. Just avoid eating outside food take a good sleep and half an hour weight training is enough to stay fit.

Career and health both are equally important and you cannot move forward in life if you are struggling in any of it. I have social Anxiety and OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). I find it very hard to meet people and I also struggle with uncontrolled worries. My career has taken a big hit because of my mental health.This keeps my mind always on the edge.Yahi reason tha ke maine private sector ki jagha government job ke liye try kiya because I felt that there will be less pressure. Jin exams ki teyari ki wo clear nahi hue. I feel depressed and alone . I feel hopeless about my future. Mental disorders are the worst of the disorders because everything looks normal on the surface level but you go through a lot from inside.

You are an inspiration Sir for the young generation, especially for those who think they are capable of earning the best of industry standard. After watching your videos I realized there is no cap of wealth but yes this life has a cap and we should not waste much of our time in just creating the wealth and ignoring the health and relation. I left my high paying IT job recently because after listening you I felt that there is a lot I can do in my life with a better work life balance and that will actually give me the feeling of joy. I might have to compromise with the pay checks but that actually doesn't matter if you are happy and ready to live in your means for a better life. Thanks for your videos and please keep motivating the youth even after covid because not everyone gets a chance to attend your live sessions. I feel the youth of India is brain-washed to work in big MNCs which pay them only a fraction of the actual work done for the client and in that process they leave behind everything, their health, relation, happiness, hobbies, aspirations...

My schedule for making career and health ... Wakeup at 5am . 10min meditation 30min exercise and running Breakfast 6am to 8am study for career 9am go to job In the middle of job lunch and being confident also read some books if time 6 to 8pm gym 8:30 pm dinner 9pm study for career about 9 to 12am 5hr sleep

Exactly! I used to think that there is a tradeoff b/w career and health. I worked day and night while neglecting my health (I am into fundamental physics research). But when I started to prioritize my health, I realized that I am more productive and creative; I come up with better ideas for my research. So, basically, there is no tradeoff b/w career and health. Instead, they are positively correlated. Isn't that amazing!

I'm very nervous because in this time my career is important (22year old) nd I'm suffering from rheumatoid arthritis since 2013 .I'm not comfortable to study table or normal.. Balance is very important in life. Body kaam hi nhi karegi to kya career me ukhaad paoge. We spend so much time in social media, useless friends, endless chats, tv etc...you will make time if you really want to. No excuse. I have seen many people who come home at 10 pm but still go to gym at 6 am. People make time if something is really in their priority list.

Attended one of your live talk: 2011, Birla Sabhaghar (beside Birla Mandir),Kolkata. It was somewhere around the release of Revolution 2020. 😁 And nice topic sir. I had always placed career on the top, worked hard & became the gold medalist of my college. But then, after college years, I started getting health issues and there's no end since then. Now, I am at loss of both career and health! 😓
