Hi Mam,I have completed all my rounds and submitted all my documents and LOA also submitted. But at present my status in the portal didn't move forward. I am waiting for offer letter. I tried to reach multiple contacts which I have received calls for interview confirmation. But no response and i have raised a query in the portal also but no reply. So how can I go forward to resolve this issue?

I appeared for query management associate interview, gave one tel interview, one video round operation interview, then I got mail that I have cleared ops round and hr round next. then I got mail to send documents and LOAS on mail as well as ijp portal, then immediately one mail as reminder to send docs so that they can issue offer letter by noon next day. Now I am confused am I selected? because you got LOA mail AFTER you were selected I think. Secondly, I am also selected for tech Mahindra for similar customer service representative role. Which is better company to join? Tech Mahindra offer letter will be coming soon, so if Accenture, how to refuse techm hr offer without being black listed. It is awkward. Thanks

Till you get DOJ along with offer letter you can't say anything like selected or rejected
