Hi mam, on July 2024 I got one offer from Accenture. The bgv is started on July only and all the live verification of my bank statement for my previous company is done by them at that time. After that till 9 oct 2024. There was no communication by them no phone no email. On 9th October 2024 it was my last working day and late evening I received call from Accenture HR saying that I have not cleared the BGV. Because of this we can not proceed with your candidature. I tried to convince them and offered them to check with me again. But they didn't agree. I decided to continue with my current company TCS. Today on 11th October 2024. Again I received one call from Accenture. Now they are telling you can join Accenture immediately. What is this? I can not expect this from big IT company like Accenture.

Hello mam, I would like to clarify a situation in my past I had absconded from an MNC where I worked for 5 months and joined another company that required an immediate joiner. After leaving, I received emails from the MNC to clear outstanding dues, which I paid, and they issued me a relieving letter. However, the dates on the relieving letter overlapped with my previous employer's records by one month, and this overlap is also reflected in my UAN. I tried to resolve this with MNC at the time but received no response. This happened 4 years ago, and now I am working with MNC. I'm worried that they will discover this and terminate me. I feel extremely stressed due to this situation, especially because I have a home loan and family responsibilities, and I’m not sure how to handle it.

Hi Maam I do have a question. I got selected for a big four , my current organization is also big 4 . The mistake which i made is while updating my documents for the other big 4 , i mistakenly updated wrong joining date for example if my joining date of my previous organisation is 1st july 2023 i made a clerical error instead of 2023 i have written 2022 . Will it be a problem for background check as I also uploaded salary slips and form 16 on their site + also mail the recruitment HR about the problem but didn't got any response from them. Most of the BGV will completed within 14 working days from the date of data submition. Nobody will tell you to resign in immediate basis if BGV fails, insted they will inform the reason and to provide more trustful document within 20-30 days , and if you cant submit the trutful document within the allowed time they will either cancel your employment or ask you to resign

Hi, I have one doubt, I've work experience from 2019 to till now. I have all the proper experience relieving letter for these 5 years, but in 2017 after finishing the college I did two jobs for survival, I didn't even have the knowledge or aware of leaving proper. Now the all the companies are using EPFO bgv in that service history those two jobs are visible. I've requested those companies they're not even responding because I didn't work more minimum 6 months. Is there any idea/solution/advice

I have attended the interview in face 2 face and HR told me you are shortlisted and also she told me there will be a video call interview. Maine bola tha relieving letter pe last Working day 22nd feb karo Kiu ki maine 23rd feb se office nei Gaya and mujhe 22nd feb Tak hi salary mila tha. But wo log update nei kar raha hai. Abhi Mai kya karu please help me. Aagar me future me Aur ek dushra company join karu toh wo toh dekhega ki mera service history me overlapping hai. Abhi mai kya karu ? After 2 or 3 years when I will be switching from company B to let's say company C their I want to show company A also . This is possible right? Company C will not ask company B about what was my experience and employer while joining company B right?

Mam please clarify my doubts 1. If we 1st but didn't appeared for test then again after 5 months if we got selected in infosys is there any chance of rejection 2. If we done nsr registration for infosys after if we got offer revoked because of 3 or 6 months cooling period criteria then while changing future employment in nsr is it mention the reason why the company revoke offer is there any remarks in our nsr profile 3. If we join and got terminated because of this is nsr blocks us and do any remarks like this Is it cause any problem in future plz reply me mam

Hi, Are they going to check exactly what work you were doing in previous company during BGV ? Say, If i m a manual tester in previous company and if i am applying and got selected for devops role , Are they going to check this in BGV by doing some verification like telephonic verification?

They may check we can't what and all things they will check so I would suggest try to be genuine and convey all the information before it leads to rejection

Then how about the people who want to do career transition ? My role is Quality Engineering Analyst here I m not trying to fake anything here, I have all the valid proofs that i worked earlier. I just want to move from Manual to Automation Testing They are not going to hire me if i say i don't have any work experience in Automation Testing Most of my friends, worked in BPO and transitioned their career and landed in IT industry and working from past 3 years. I just heard from my friends who made switches that they are going to check if i actually worked in the previous employer or not and they are not going to check in depth like if i was into manual testing or automation testing
