It depends on your decision. If I am in your situation, I would prefer L&T because as a fresher it's a good package of 6LPA.

Hi Ma'am, Could you please help me choose between tcs vs capgemini i got offers from both companies. I have 4 yoe. Tcs is paying somewhat less than capgemini and tcs we have to go whole 5 days in a week whereas in capgemini its 3 days in a week

Keep tcs as your retirement plan. Join CG for now, they are always good with packages. Once u are 8-9 year of experience switch to TCS.

I heard that they blacklist us for any future application and bgc will be negative. They already took all the docs and bgc is showing in process as of now in tcs ibegin portal.

As this is a special case, you can talk to the HR . But I highly doubt that. A person from my batch got chicken pox and he was removed from the batch and put to another batch that started later on
