Doesn't look like. In fact, having a family back in your native country is a strong reason for you to come back (something that bothers the visa officers) :)

Hi Anusha, It is difficult to give a sample reply because there are a lot of factors that affect a visa application. But, if you look at the things from visa officer's perspective: i.) 7 years of work experience may generate a doubt that you are probably going to find a job there. Have a satisfactory answer for this. ii.) Put together your reasons for wanting to do a masters from US now. Weave them into a short story and practice to deliver it. Hope this helps :)
