As per my limited understanding It will not impact the share price spontaneously bcz this activity of JM Financial is in their ordinary course of business just like for eg.- any bank accepting deposits and providing loan is their ordinary business.

Ma'am, as per SEBI, now for Investment Advisor, PG 2 years degree in Finance or related subjects is required, Plus need to have experience in similar fields. If CFA, CFP does not have Master degree, they can't advice on investments. I request to research and make a seperate video on SEBI registered or RIA. Thanks.
