Many jobs in entry roles are being outsourced and the industry is hiring heavily credentialed individuals (PharmD, PhD, etc.). The job market has been bad for some time, hence why I’m in law school part-time, but do not think you’re doing anything wrong, it’s merely timing. This channel creator is overly simplistic on how to move up and often how easy it is to get into regulatory affairs. Her reality doesn’t match with my experience in industry, so I just wanted to give you that as well. Try to upskill, attend QA/RA conferences, meet people, and put that experience on your resume.

I will be frank, this job market is really based on factors outside of your control. I have 3 masters and completing a JD, still hard finding jobs or not getting the run around. My recommendation is control what you can control (e.g., self learner, networking, etc.) and don’t focus on things you can’t control (e.g., promotion cycles, company reorganizations, employment, etc.).

I mostly agree with you. There is much about this market no one can control all we can do is put your best foot forward and hope something comes from the networking and expansion of search I would also say people should focus on exploring all kinds of employment in their search to better outcomes. We can control our outlook on a circumstance and choosing to remain positive and flexible will be key in navigating the journey. Also! I remember you from my older videos, congrats on the JD! I didn’t recall that before

I just got accepted in a Masters program of Applied Computer Science because I really want to switch careers and be a web developer. I’m hoping to expand my knowledge and hopefully network with people that have connections because when I was job searching for a Health Informatics position, I was unable to find jobs in my location and it was really hard to stay motivated to seek the next big thing. I really appreciated this video it really puts a lot things in perspective for me!

I’m so glad and congrats on your acceptance!! Keep you head up and the fact that you are pivoted shows your willingness to make the best of the worst circumstances

Thanks for the forecast! Just a quick off-topic question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (mistake turkey blossom warfare blade until bachelor fall squeeze today flee guitar). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?

I went through a very draining process (7 months) last year of finding a solid job I truly enjoy. I was surprised that it was in fact harder to get it with 4 years industry experience vs my graduate jobs in 2020 and 2021. I guess it only proves a point the job market goes in waves and we're currently in a dip. Which tool do you use for the large content summary?

Are you (or have you already) revisited the idea of that med device course you mentioned years ago?

I have thought about it! I just haven't had the time to focus on it as much as I would like. I read guidances that are released in my spare time but Im honestly going to wait and see who the new commissioner of the FDA will be before I make any choices on what to focus on further. New Administration always means a new area of focus which breeds opportunities in the private sector
