one of the top ten videos on agile metrics. I liked the focus on fundamentals than just starting with the actual metrics. Metrics are like tools you need to know the problem to determine which tool to use and just cannot use a popular tool to solve all problems. I am tired of interviewers with no broad knowledge of metrics asking questions around metrics . I was looking for like minded people to collaborate and talk on this. Thankyou so much for this video Mr. Sunanda and Mr. Nilaap. A sincere thanks for posting such videos which keeps agile (practices and principles) alive . Sincerely , An agile advocate , enthusiast. PSM III certified, PMI- ACP, certified and EBM certified scrum master learning ways to educate leadership on the actual agile (principles and practices) and its benefits than the mechanical Agile.
