Never stay in a job that doesn’t pay you what you are worth. Never settle in a job or a career, period. Always scout around. Always leave after a few years, good or bad (sooner for bad). I’ve done it and it works great for me.

What if the job description is changed after you are hired, because of your skills...

Great question. At any time the job description changes, you should ensure the pay that follows matches the new role by doing some research using salary tools available to you like on Glassdoor or LinkedIn.

I’m Trying To get A Job but I’m Only 16 So No One Will Not Hire Me. I’m Losing Hope🥺🥺

Hello, don't lose hope. Be mindful of your capitalization and punctuations. Also, try not to use double-negatives. Proofread your applications. I don't hire people when they are not mindful of these things. Example: I'm trying to get a job, but I'm only 16. So, no one will hire me. I'm losing hope! Try restaurants, they hire people that are 16 years old. I wish you the best of luck!

Sixteen is a great age to land employment! I'm proud of you for attempting to find employment. I wonder at which stage you find yourself getting rejected most frequently. Let me know. That might help us to isolate the challenge you are experiencing so that you can progress beyond that part of the interview and get the job.

@@DATBOIJJMANE dude. The guy just said watch your punctuation and you're still doing it. I've reviewed applications and immediately trashed some because the writing is a reflection of the applicant's intelligence. If you can't write properly, you probably can't follow my directions properly.
