I have drafted an answer to this question, tell me if this sounds like a good answer. I was working at Dunkin Donuts. An elderly woman entered the restaurant and tripped and fell. My supervisor instructed me to go help the old woman get up. There was a table with chairs, it was close enough to the register that a person sitting at that table could place and order and the person working the register could hear her. One crew member took the woman’s order, which consisted of an iced coffee, three dough nuts and a breakfast sandwich. A different crew member prepared the drink and food. While we where doing that, the woman texted her grand daughter, who had driven her there, to enter the building. As soon as the order was complete, the grand daughter held her grandmother’s hand as they walked to the car and I walked out with them and carried the food. The old lady said, thank you. The old lady asked her grand daughter to teach her how to use yelp, so that she could give the place a good review.

This is a good start but I would talk more about how you were helpful that all the details about the elderly woman :)
