I have some questions: 1. I’ve been rejected from about 50 interviews. (In the last one they found the excuse that I could have given more examples. There must have been 20 to 30 perfectly given interviews with no feedback at all. The feedback I got from a lot of them is that they went for another candidate). 2. Before the pandemic it only took around 4 interviews to secure a new role 3. I went to a top business school and have half a decade of experience working for blue chip companies 4. *I’ve been given the advice by some corporate operatives that I could still somehow secure a role at a top company even if I’ve been unemployed for half a dozen years* *Is it discrimination? Is it bias because there is money involved? I would just like to know what is going on as I’m being forced to retire early abroad/take a career break in the summer*.

@@CareerVidz Yeah ... I've been waiting for a long time for vistara's cabin crew vacancy ... I was about to give the interview of vistara on 29th September but it has postponed... And in October there is an interview of vistara in Mumbai and Pune...but it's not walk-in interview... I'm very disappointed with that In August also I was about to give the interview but suddenly I got some health issues...and high fever that's why i was unable to go that time... I think at this time my destiny is not in my favour sir ...

Hey, I answered this question along the lines of having in depth knowledge on the products and services we offer, and that I bring balance in a team, I mentioned that I create good engagement with clients so they won't feel we are just trying to get money out of them, and that I listen attentively to the clients in order to serve their needs, is this acceptable? The hiring manager followed me out when I was leaving and wished me good luck, and they also mentioned there's a second interview.

In my opinion, its obvious that at the end of an interview, the interviewer has enough time to interpret the result of his or her assessment and must ask himself or herself which volunteer is perfect for his or her company or business to hire . Questions like this are examples of retort. There are other ways to weigh a volunteer. Question like : In which skills are you adroit and excel others in this post ?
