I tried to make a whole list of things I would say. When I arrived there, we just had small talk and when I thought the interview was going to start, she asked me if I had any further questions before signing the contract. In all fairness, she already knew me for more then 20 years because she was a close friend of my mother, so she knew pretty much everything about me. Easiest job interview I 've ever done, it was already over before I thought we where getting started. Little did I realize, all that preperation wasn't really necessary. Best job I ever had, no regrets!

I have been a caregiver from 2018 to the present I always have the freedom to work the hours that I want. the interview is not the #1 category I didn't have the experience I worked to get experienced and took 40 hrs classes certification for PCA/CNA I never call off I always take my cases seriously; calling off the duty is a responsibility of the caregivers I am the Agency go to fill emergency duties. I was an employee of the month last January. As a caregiver, you need a genuine heart, not just the money part.
