Una bella sorpresa la notevole sinfonia di questo ottimo compositore olandese che purtroppo non si conosce ancora. L'incipit ha dei colori chiaroscurali che pur in una forma di sinfonia classica già evoluta lascia presagire bene varie tematiche ed atmosfere del primo romanticismo. Una sinfonia che potrebbe ben stare a fianco di altri piu noti autori del tempo per bellezza e valore architettonico.

Piacevole ,anche se conservativamente classica ,in tempi in cui si faceva già prepotentemente largo il Romanticismo. Comunque interessante composizione di questo sconosciuto olandese. Un grazie e saluto per questo bell' inserimento.

Pas tant que cela. En 1801, Beethoven n'avait écrit que sa 1° symphonie.
