Venture Ascension armor set. One of the rewards from the foundation festival back in July. It's also on the pledge store too. Not sure if it's added in-game in the loot tables yet

You're right! It does feel tedious after the first and second run, but this is CIG's game design. I did try one run with a friend in the PTU with the ATLS suit, and that felt better to play. I believe you can have the cargo load up automatically, too, if the manual stuff isn't your thing.
