I kinda feel the same way as Sorbeck. Twenty-two crew members on-board, and all they had to do was monitor the interior of the ship, make sure all was good. Pretty sure they had fire extinguishers. My last job had me traveling quarterly from Austin to Atlanta for Business. Back in 2019 I was at my hotel room when with the News on and I saw a Ship that looked JUST LIKE this one capsized off the Georgia coast. I think it had a couple thousand cars on. So after the business trip was over I had flown to Miami for a few days and then to Boston for the remainder before I flew back home that Sunday evening. Well we departed from Miami and flew by the capsized ship and it was massive!! All but four escaped and they had to cut into the ship to rescue the remaining crew members. I’m glad everybody was able to get off this ship. 🙏🏾

The Lithium Ion Batteries in the Electric cars may have caused the fire. I us lithium Ion Batteries in my Electric RC model aircraft and know they are in danger of causing a fire that is hard to put out, I keep them in fire proof bags for that reason when in storage and when charging.
