These SD70ACe/LWs are meant for Mongolia as part of an order for 16, and can also run in former Soviet republics that use broad gauge. A pair of more normal SD70ACes have been sent to Yakutia in northeastern Russia. The tarpaulined locos are GT46ACes for Australia's SSR (Southern Shorthaul Railroad), note how short in height they are compared to the bulkhead flatbeds. SSR still uses EMD streamlined cab units. 4:30 CSX 1871 leading 4:40 Rainier Rail power 6:28 Wisconsin & Southern unit on the Grand Elk Railroad that runs to Grand Rapids 8:40 NS 1071 leading solo 8:50 NS 8104 leading while 4184 electrical room is plain white. Very nice as always! That 098 Progress Rail export train by Roanoke was legendary! The first 2 units on flatcars are SD70ACe/LWs bound for Tavan-Tolgoi, which is a new railway in Mongolia! These are the first of a 16 unit order. The EMDX 3001 and 3002 covered in white tarps are GT46C-ACes headed for Southern Shorthaul Railroad in Australia! Those are the only two of that order. All the rest of the units covered in white tarps are GT46C-ACes bound for Qube in Australia! They make up the first 6 out of a 12 unit order.

Not known and VRF is not permitted to respond if they did arrive. There was no recorded response through. edit: VRF stated previously that they are not legally permitted to make statements on criminal activities seen on camera due to the possibility of video being used in court. This was on a different matter. TPD attempts to arrest people were risks are minimal and might have caught this person off camera.

I've seen videos from Brazil that show well cars with bulkheads up against the containers, or at least close enough to prevent the doors from being opened. That solution may pose problems for crane operators in intermodal terminals, though.

My thought is more like a device that could be installed when the can is loaded between the containers that have uprights to block the doors. I'm sure that it would add time to loading so the RR management would not be onboard. @@georgeadams1853
