I agree 💯 The M5 isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. It’s just perfect in so many ways. The color, sound and looks are hard to beat.

CS is the one to keep if you like money in your pocket. M5 is going to depreciate hard like an EV.

@@kcw9313 CS will definitely hold it's value better but I don't plan on selling the M5 anytime soon so depreciation isn't a concern for me.

F90 M5 is a keeper. The last real V8 i don’t think the g90 will fill it’s big brothers shoes.

I'm with you on that my man. The F90 M5 will go down as one of the best generations of the M5. The only area that I foresee the G90 M5 excelling at is possibly the looks due to the widened stance.

@@carguy302the G90 looks like a Suburban next to the already wide and tall F90. The G90 is 1.5” taller, 2.5” wider, and 5 full inches longer than the F90. Positively dwarfs an M3 as well. Should be called an M7 lol Something to consider when you’re parking them in your garage.

Awesome duo.. Just came back from Germany and I was lucky enough to see the new M5 in speed yellow. Glad they kept the v8, and man it looks imposing. Gotta see it in person

Thank you! You’re definitely one lucky person to see the new M5 in the wild. A friend and BMW employee sent me photos of the car at the NJ headquarters and it sure looks impressive. I can’t wait to see one in person.

The new M5 is something I’m considering. I don’t plan on selling the F90 for one and not sure if I want 2 M5’s. I guess time will tell. For now I’m focused on the new G80 that I ordered. The color was a bold choice for me and will need to see it in person before making a final decision on it.

currently own '19m5 base. got the 5yr itch. Thinking of jumping into m3cs. On the fence though as to whether I should keep the F90.

That’s a tough call. Since you’ve had the M5 for the past 5 years I’d go with the M3CS for a new driving experience & tech. The CS is fun but no cup holders & center console is not ideal at times.

Tough one. For me, my g80 is manual so that makes the decision easy to keep the m3. As this is a CS I’d think it would hold its value better and if you’re getting a g90, I wouldn’t want two m5s. I think in your case I’d keep the ca, and sell the m5 if I was getting the g90 but that v8 would still give me a lot of pause lol. Too hard of decision to make!! W

Appreciate the feedback. Definitely a tough decision to make. Not sure how I feel about the new M5. I like the looks but not how much it weighs. Feels like it is getting further away from what an M car should be.

Yes it’s an M5 Comp. I plan on keeping this car for a very long time. Not much out there that can replace it.

my honest opinion is dont get g90 m5. Keep these two and you will enjoy it more. M5 f90 its like owingn daily that is perfect and you got use for it. cs is like your fun/track/show off car. I would not get g90 m5.
