The relaxed fit me the best. In the same height and same weight as you. Can’t wear an XL, large tall fits me the best.

If I’m 6’1” 210-215 would the tall large be too big for the rough cut

You’d be right on the edge. The storm defender you would not want but the rough cut would come down to if you feel that regular jackets are too small then I’d do large tall but you’d be happy with the regular. I’m 6’3” and 230 and it fits me perfect.
