This is one of my all time favorite drinks. I guess this is the healthier version because we boil the carrots until they are soft, blend it and then add condensed milk and regular milk with all spices. On holidays some will even put a splash of stout or wray and nephew inside. Now I want some.

I am from trinidad n when we make this we blend it with ice n never squeeze and remove the juice we just use the everything that way we full nutrition n doesn't change the taste either

Love this drink. My Trini family boils carrots until soft then mix all of ingredients in blender. That way not wasting all of carrot pulp. Your version looks good too.
