Huh. Boiled. I like the hammered style myself. Just pound it to tender.

That works too. It's definitely an acquired taste, either was, I enjoy it. Thanks for Watching

I never knew you boiled the conch. I thought it was just cleaned and cut up, then thrown in the mixture.
@sherecesmith7951 Жыл бұрын
Hello. You have to boil it to tenderize it. Otherwise, it is extremely tough and chewed and unedible
@judithsteven886 Жыл бұрын
Yay, I expected her to clean them… all that tough outer skin needs to be removed first

No once the conch is freshout of the ocean, all you need to do is clean it up with salt and lime wash and cut off guts skin, bubby then cut up the white part for the conch salad or in fritter batta....you boil the conch for steamed conch and conch chowder if it's not fresh...but you can tenderize with an iron mullet too or ground it like beef in food processor

Bahamas is in The house, every Caribbean county does things different. The conch should wash in lime or lemon juice,and wash probably and till all slime is of the conch. And clean then tenderize the conch and boiled in à sause pan until couch is tender.cut the conch in small peaces.
