The episode is from around 2018 (I think, it was just on repeat on HGTV here in 🇳🇱), and if you check up 'Caza Feliz Cabarete' online, you'll find that the house was sold in 2019, but not to Sadie and Emily. It's also been re-named to Sunrise Point.

I love their attitude: they lived together to save money to be able to start business for which they have passion for. All the best with fitness retreat ladies! I wish I live closer to Dominican Republic to be able to be guest in their retreat. As for comments regarding accents I think this is extremely rude to bully people because of their accents.

@@dominicanrepublicrealestate I know their accents are genuine and I do apoligise for my irritability but, I am Australian and to most Australians the American accent is really hard to listen to. It is brash and loud and they seem never to stop talking. Apart from that I found the video very informative and well made.
