I don't understand exactly what you're saying. Are you saying that she didn't get a cab because she's white or that it's simply hard to get a cab here? We do have various bus stops along our roads, and more than 2 taxi companies here. Our Islands aren't that big, so I'm sure she could've gotten a cab/transportation if she really wanted to. We don't discriminate like that so I honestly hope that's not what you're trying to portray of our islands.
