Just stumbled across this on KZbin again, the part of this video from 5:30 onwards was filmed at our studios, Bally Studios in Tottenham, London, while the band was rehearsing with us for many months, on and off. When they reference what the landlord of the building said about them being so hardworking is completely true, they were easily one of the hardest working bands we ever had here, not just in hours rehearsing, but in their focus and intensity. They were also incredibly lovely guys too, all of them, it was such a pleasure to have them here. :-) The landlord of the building just passed away at nearly 90 years old, his family will love the fact that they chatted about him, the quote that they gave was typical of him, as he was a former professional wrestler, and even once competed in Mr Universe too. Even though he knew nothing about the bands that came to us, he used to ask after the guys a lot afterwards, it's true that he loved their work ethic. It's lovely to see this video. :-)

I know Andorra isn't his most popular album anymore after the release of Swim and Our Love, but damn man this album is still the one I connect with the most. Incredible.

Just saw Caribou last week (November 2021) and it was one of the best shows I’ve ever been too. Dan is so humble and grateful for his fans. Love it.

Surprised to see no one is commenting on the fact that he said: "I started 670 tracks for this record"... so I'm starting to think that's completely normal.

It's pretty high but it's not crazy to have 2 or 3 different song ideas time you sit down to write music, so it would add up pretty quick if you do it for a while

I went to his show in Toronto, it was wicked with him drumming along side the main drummer. The beats were massive!@ The crowd sucked though, I hate hecklers who think they know how to mix songs
