This song will forever remind me of the euphoria I felt in early March 2020, before lock-down and pandemia kicked in. I'd just come back from a snowboarding holiday in Eastern Europe, where I'd spent half the trip feeling a bit anxious about spending time with people I do not know that well, and the pressure of reconnecting with a girl I'd met 6 months before and had a romance with... yet that connection had faded. The trip ended well and we got together again on the final night. Upon returning home, I received a message from a girl whom I'd been in lusty/love with but only been a friend to, asking if I'd like to have children with her. She was literally the perfect girl for me in terms of looks. Personality a little funky. The other girl however had the personality but less so the perfect looks. The next 2 months were a dizzying array of love triangulations that didn't end well. But the hope and happiness I felt in early March 2020 will remain forever soundtracked by this song.
