Is there any information on Wessex flugabone valves, e.g. replacement valves because the originals, though cleaned and serviced, still stick.

Great video. Very informative.

This seems way more complicated than normal rotors.

It is! But it it is also the way how to produce a more precise parts and it is cheaper and easyer to replace worn off or faulty parts in rotor mechanism. Modern Miraphone rotors also have similar system.

I cannot see how to remove the z valve casing from instrument. Not the rotor from the valve casing but the z valves from the instrument. Does it unscrew or something? I'm kind of confused.

Is there any chance you will be using Z valves on French horns?

The basic information might be OK, but the videography is very poorly conceived. The camera almost always fails to show what is being discussed. Why show distance shots of the guy when he is taking about details that would be better served with close-ups? And I hope that hammer is a plastic one, not a metal one..... An important point that went unmentioned.
