Yes, Caris LeVert and Spencer Dinwiddie were leading the charge early in the season with 20-30 points most night. When both suffered injuries, that's when D'Angelo Russell took over and fulfilled his potential as an All-Star, after initially being labeled as a bust during his time in LA.

Not immediate at all. He was pretty awful after the injury until the last month of the season plus the playoffs when he exploded back to pre injury form. But thats ok it takes time to get back and he accomplished that in the same season. Have big expectations for Caris!!

Amazing players but far from leaders. I think Spencer Dinwiddie is more of a leader than either of those 2 tbh.
