Hi there, just a quick help please, on my Skoda Octavia mk3, mirror lowering when reversing doesn’t work, could you please help with that, plus do you if we can disable 12v cigarette power socket when ignition is off? Thank you so much 🙏

On my BMW 1 series, you need to have the mirror adjustment switch left in the passenger side position for it to work. Hope it works for you. 👍

Hi, I’ve just checked it my end and it’s working and I got Carista to ensure all is ok; it’s valid until the end of the year are you in the UK? I’m wondering if maybe it’s UK only but I don’t think it will be restricted as it’s a global thing.
