Tried to find out the missing lines by listening and then checking Latin dicitonaries. First one around 5:22 could be "vita desere", which would translate to "life has forsaken us". That one might fit the Red War Campaign, but no guarantee. It should be the same around 6:05, but it is somehow shortened or changed to fit the melody here. Second one around 5:55 should be "fortitudo et fides aeternam", might refer to fortitude and faith being eternal... No guarantees, but I had to come up with some solution as 3 years later I still can't find the lines anywhere.

I just guessed as best as I could, I couldn't stand having a gap in my memorisation of the text that couldn't be found anywhere in the depths of the internet. I took Latin classes from class 6-12 so I do have some understanding of what may be possible or not, but I'm no expert either. But we might never know if I'm correct or what the real text was

I can't control my feelings when hearing this. The campaign was so powerful that it was one of the few times I played through without stopping, not caring about my power, only grabbing the next stronger mismatched gear and pushing harder to save the traveler. Only to now know that they removed the campaign. I can't play it now though I'm desperately willing to redo an entire character progression just to play it again.

I have a good feeling we will be Lightless again in Lightfall. Right after we get on that one ship in the trailer, we have to find the coordinates to Neomuna and Journey plays as we travel around Neptune. If we hear it in Final Shape I really hope we get a Lone Wolf style mission like Halo: Reach, shooting anything that moves as Journey plays.

I couldn't believe it. The Traveler was captured. Our Light was gone. My Ghost was damaged badly. Around us, I saw Cabal executing my friends. Those I had fought alongside, died to protect, and been resurrected by to continue fighting alongside. This time...there was no returning for them. Our Light was gone. If we died, we died. There was no going back. I had to get out of here. I ran as fast as I could. My weapons were functional, but heavily damaged. I could not repair them. I kept running. Not looking back. It was only when I got to a hill that I heard a Cabal ship overhead. Watching where it headed. That was when I saw it. The City was in flames. Our home was well and truly lost. I continued to fight on any Cabal I could find. But I couldn't be reckless as I once was. If one struck a fatal blow...I would die for good. Holding my wounded side, I staggered forward. I had to find safety. I had to find a new home. I had...to continue fighting. The Traveler needed us. But without our Light, we were little more than the civilians we protected. What were we without the Light? We weren't Hunters. Nor Titans. Not even Warlocks. We were simple people who could be put down with a bullet. I found a safe place and was given sanctuary. I found an old friend of mine. A former Defender Titan. His armor was destroyed. "Glad to see someone else made it." he said with a weakened smile. I simply nodded. I couldn't say anything. Words would not save what we had lost. I sat down and removed my helmet. What hope did we have, when our most useful gift was taken from us? That we'd never get back. That was when my Ghost alerted me to something in the ground. Far on the horizon. The civilians called it the Shard of the Traveler. I could feel something pulling me there. I had to find what it meant. I had to continue this fight. Not just for me. But for my friends. My comrades. My home! As a former Gunslinger, I knew about the wilderness. I knew my way around it. I had to get to that Shard. And I had to find out why I was being drawn to it.

Oh the Red War campaign.... why did they had to take it out? The current D2 new light is not even comparable to that masterpiece.
